ATTENTION!!! Please pay special attention to this section.
Dyeing process takes place in boiling water while various chemicals are interacting. Please be aware that some materials may shrink by up to 20%. This type of dyeing highlights and makes more visible all kinds of stains that were invisible before dyeing, e.g. stains caused by ironing or by body fluids like sweat, milk, and other organic substances. Multicolored materials do not take on color evenly. Shabby materials may get damaged during the dyeing process. Other possible defects may be due to non-dyeable threads in the seams, shrinkage of threads in the seams, and the possibility of strong damage to the lining. Materials blended with synthetic fibers, which are high temperature intolerant, get wrinkled in the dyeing process and cannot be well ironed.
We do not provide any financial compensation for the above stated defects and damages caused during the dyeing process. In other cases, reimbursement will be granted up to the amount of the dyeing service.
